As someone who struggles with an autoimmune condition and chronic inflammation, I've benefitted from Betty's knowledge of multiple therapeutic modalities. She first took time to listen to my symptoms and then customized a treatment program for me that included manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral & deep tissue massage. I saw improvement in my inflammatory symptoms within a very short time of beginning therapy. Massage therapy with Betty has been an important addition to the management of my chronic health condition.

My whole experience with Betty at White Dove Massage Therapy may have been the best, most informative massage visit I've ever had. When scheduling my appointment, Betty provided in-depth information around all of my questions and talked through what each therapy does to help me make an informed decision on what massage would best fit my needs. I highly recommend White Dove Massage Therapy! Betty is the absolute best massage therapist; my mother and I have been getting massages from her for the past 5 years. I live in Charlotte now but when I come home I am always sure to schedule an appointment. As a physical therapist and exercise enthusiast, I believe it is very important to take care of your body. Any time I have a trigger point, Betty knows how to treat it with massage!

Betty is very caring, attentive and professional. I am a chronic pain sufferer and her knowledge of anatomy and physiology and the intersection of how life stresses and physical behaviors cause muscle tension and pain, helps guide the session so that I feel relief and relaxation. Her warm personality and spiritual presence creates a safe, comfortable space for healing. Use of essential oils combined with massage is an awesome experience!

I just can't say enough good things about Betty and White Dove Massage Therapy...she is extremely professional and places client satisfaction above all else. Betty is very knowledgeable regarding massage techniques and anatomy, and I especially love that she is always so positive and caring. It's always so hard to get up off the table after a session with Betty...she leaves me completely relaxed and feeling so much better!
